Resumen
This paper presents the study done in the internship carried out through the Cooperation agreement between the bachelor degree program of ‘Licenciatura en Educación Básica con Énfasis en Humanidades y Lengua castellana’ and the Curriculum committee of the Faculty of Arts- ASAB from the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas, where the internship project titled "Intertextuality in the writing process in higher education" was accomplished. This document describes the purpose of this research process, which aims to analyze the flaws in the use of linguistic resources. It follows two main momentums: first, of categories to analyze written production and, a second one, addressed to the development of thinking processes, in order to provide cognitive strategies to facilitate textual comprehension since in intertextuality competence. This two categories explained above, are linked to the observation process in class, as well as texts (evidences) collected throughout the academic period (2017-1), which will be analyzed under the category of intertextual level, with the purpose of finding the difficulties in textual production. At the same time, those have the intention to give a theoretical-practical perspective, with the purpose of contributing in the improvement of reading and redaction processes to achieve a better performance of those competences in first semester students from ‘Proyecto Curricular de Artes Musicales’ from the Faculty of Arts (ASAB), academic period 2017-1.
