Abstract

Art. 1 There will be three confinement establishments in the republic, the first in Guaduas for prisoners from the provinces of the first confinement district, which are Antioquia, Bogotá, Casanare, Mariquita, Mompós, Neiva, Pamplona, Socorro, Tunja and Vélez; the second in Popayán for the inmates of the provinces that make up the second district, which are those of Buenaventura, Cauca, Chocó, Pasto and Popayán; the third in Bocas del Toro for inmates from the provinces of the third district, which are Cartagena, Panama, Riohacha, Santa Marta and Veraguás.
