Resumen
The Town of Funza is constituted as an environmentally strategic territory, due to the presence of the Complex of Wetlands Gualí Tres Esquinas and Lagunas de Funzhe, a condition that has generated interest in its inhabitants for these ecosystems. Based on this, during the years 2008-2017, in the town, environmental education management processes have been developed around the School Environmental Project strategy of the National Environmental Education Policy, with some limitations since actors with responsibilities and competences, like the Municipal Administration, CAR, Educational Institutions, among others, as well as the absence of systematized information on the topic. Due to the above, this degree work aims to do an exploratory analysis in the management of the PRAE strategy, based on the identification of social actors and their roles in environmental education, in order to verify their performance by periods of municipal government. for this, the achievements and difficulties in the territorial management instruments such as the Municipal Development Plans are analyzed, with the purpose of constituting a useful and pertinent input for the town and the future management of environmental education.
