Abstract

This degree work corresponds to the development of a monograph for the application of the earned value management methodology in projects in the construction sector. As a result, a practical guide is obtained that covers the necessary stages to carry out the analysis of the information through a sequence and logical order. For the conceptual development of the monograph, the research and analysis of bibliographic references was carried out that supported the relevance of carrying out this study for the use of a management tool that throughout its history has proven to be highly important and effective for monitoring and project control, based on its triple restriction. Recognizing our commitment and social sense, this guide for use and free download has been developed, we hope that with the help of the University, dissemination strategies can be jointly generated aimed mainly at small and medium-sized SMEs.
