Resumen
The concept that work for companies, has evolved over time, to the point that currently assumed as a customer, whose needs must be met in order to achieve the results and corporate expectations. The latter has led to create the concept of quality of work life. This concept not only focuses on the physical aspects that affect the performance of work, but in all the psychological factors, to be considered, contributing to humanize somehow work in an organization. Assuming the quality of working life is one aspect of particular impact on the exercise of leadership that promotes excellent performance of employees of a company, this project in the company Jeno's Pizza, part of the construction of a conceptualization of these two issues, supported on a broad consultation of various sources, which performs a scan in the state with the aim to verify the initial premise, ultimately leading to the development of a proposal which, it is hoped, will help to counteract the problem more bass Jeno's Pizza, and simultaneously applicable to other organizations with similar difficulties.
