The purpose of this work is to use a tool that allows to find the different shortcomings that exist in the logistics area in the dispatch operation, using the Pareto Diagram methodology, identifying 80% of the causes and thus reducing the problems found by 20%. remaining. A diagnosis was made to the operation of the dispatch that allowed evaluating each of its strengths and weaknesses, finding that the complaints indicator was the main problem to address, compiling the information regarding these complaints were classified and analyzed to find a solution to each one from them. When generating the action plan, it was evident that the solution was joint and that the measures to be applied were not complex, since a new work model was established in order to have greater control over the work team since previously it did not have supervision some, the area prepared for loading products into vehicles was optimized (loading dock and warehouse area), new measures were implemented to differentiate products and facilitate their management between the enlistment and dispatch groups; Likewise, to prevent the driver from making a wrong delivery of the loaded products, formats were finally created to allow proper monitoring of the operation and in this way evaluate progress from the implementation of the action plan to when there is a new opportunity for improvement.
