Elaboración del Mapa Tenencial y Preliminar Catastral de la Provincia de Chiriquí para el Proyecto de Regularización de Tierras de la República de Panamá

Abstract

This paper discusses the preliminary development of Land Tenure and Cadastral map, this is the first step for the project that is conducting the Republic of Panama, which is the National Regularization of their country. This work takes place in the Province of Chiriquí which has little cadastral information and public records. The project carries out the updating of existing databases, the respective photo-identification process of land allocation and land registry certificates in each of the areas identified by the regulator, following the rules and requirements set by the addition of guidelines involving any development work cadastral maps. The development of preliminary Land map in the project of land regularization is of vital importance, because based on this, the government will have an estimate of land for sweeps cadastral to complete information and thus legally organize the province awarding titles property and second they can conduct studies helping to standardizing existing urban planning rules and this, getting an orderly progress.
