Resumen
During the development of the internship, the SIPOC methodology was used to define the order of the processes and those responsible for each of these, reviewed background, documents, formats and existing information regarding the current production methods of the products that are manufactured in general, in order to find relevant information for the development of the project, it was evidenced that there was little formal information, outdated formats and records that were not filled as they should, general ignorance about the quantity of products, demand and about the responsibilities of each one of the areas, information that is transmitted from person to person in case of hiring, but not a formal training program that transmits in a homogeneous and complete way the information, so the study begins with interviews to each one of the area coordinators to make an approach to the general operation of the company, and cross-functional diagrams are made, which relate the different areas of the company with each of its processes and then develop them using the SIPOC methodology. The processes were divided into macro processes, sub processes, activities and tasks. Each macro process is logically constituted by subprocesses, subprocesses are constituted by multiple operations that are called activities that are understood as a unit of the process that can perform a specific job or task. Through the Snake and Ladders layout, the information was organized, and from this the SIPOC diagrams are organized for each one of them. The work helped to determine the inputs required and the expected outputs of these processes, as well as determine their sequence and interaction and responsible.
