| dc.description | El acceso a servicios de salud mental de calidad se ha convertido en una necesidad creciente debido a factores como el desarrollo acelerado, la globalización y la pandemia del COVID-19. En respuesta a este desafío, este proyecto propone el desarrollo de una plataforma de telemedicina enfocada en la salud mental, permitiendo la conexión entre pacientes y profesionales a través de un entorno digital seguro y fácil de usar. La plataforma busca reducir barreras geográficas, disminuir los tiempos de espera y ofrecer una variedad de servicios, incluyendo terapia individual, apoyo grupal y herramientas de autoayuda basadas en inteligencia artificial, promoviendo así el bienestar mental accesible y eficaz. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Access to quality mental health services has become an increasing necessity due to factors such as accelerated development, globalization, and the COVID-19 pandemic. In response to this challenge, this project proposes the development of a telemedicine platform focused on mental health, enabling the connection between patients and professionals through a secure and user-friendly digital environment. The platform aims to reduce geographical barriers, shorten waiting times, and offer a variety of services, including individual therapy, group support, and AI-based self-help tools, thus promoting accessible and effective mental well-being. | |
