Aspectos ambientales presentes en la normatividad colombiana relacionada con las cabalgatas (2010 - 2018)

Abstract

This research is about the environmental aspects immersed in the Colombian regulations issued from 2010 to 2018 in relation to horseback riding, it is developed under a qualitative approach with the method of document review. Ignorance, poor articulation between entities and institutions and poor behavior by participants cause the horseback rides to be canceled in different parts of the national territory, losing an important part of the horseman tradition, on the other hand due to the lack of information and interest on the part of the entities, to the lack of a precise criterion of environment and of the environmental aspects under a systemic vision since it is incoming from the reductionism as the relation of the human being with its natural environment, in the present work other important factors in the dynamics between social interactions and natural systems determined in five categories as environmental aspects to be analyzed: Biophysical aspects, Animal welfare, gender perspective, employment generation and cultural consumption. In the selected regulations some of the specific categories are evidenced, however they are not observed in an integral way as part of the complex system called environment but as separate elements that do not interact with each other.
