Abstract

In addition, certain stipulations are mentioned about the importance of keeping these places healthy, since Chicha is a widespread drink among the inhabitants. Finally, the conditions that must be taken into account for the establishments that offer this drink are mentioned, such as: adequate ventilation, space in large places, without strong air currents, among others.
