Resumen
This document is the result of the systematization of the pedagogical research carried out in the rural school La Argentina in Usme (Bogotá). It is based on the fact that there is a permanent need to generate transformations in educational practices and in the ways of interacting of teachers in school to allow meaningful learning in children in rural areas. Thus, pedagogy by projects is proposed as a strategy that allows situated learning, an appropriation of knowledge in a practical way and a connection with the territory, this time through the reconstruction of the collective memory of the village. Likewise, there is a need for teacher training that encourages the recovery of knowledge and critical capacity of teachers, especially in rural areas. So that they can contribute to the construction of an education that meets the aspirations of rural communities.
