The evolution of information management has moved toward generative artificial intelligence. Today, AI represents an opportunity to modernize and transform society and the way organizations interact with information and their users. Today, several companies have decided to use chatbots to manage internal or external information, generating significant efficiencies in operational processes and reducing the need for greater investment in customer service and query management. This type of implementation in organizations improves efficiency and transforms the user experience, driving the modernization of ICT in the creation of intuitive and efficient digital environments. In this context of technological advancement, this document focuses on the development of a chatbot designed specifically for the Human Resources department of Storage Availability Solutions (SAS). This company specializes in providing technological solutions such as storage, hybrid cloud, backup, availability, analytics, and IoT. SAS recognizes artificial intelligence, and especially the implementation of the chatbot for Human Resources, as a strategic way to optimize its daily activities. SAS believes the integration of this chatbot will result in significant improvements in its operational processes, a reduction in the investment in resources allocated to employee support and internal query management, thus freeing up resources to focus on higher-value strategic initiatives. This document explores the development of a chatbot specifically designed for the Human Resources department of Storage Availability Solutions. With different areas such as Marketing, Innovation, Partnerships, Management and Productivity, Commercial Management, and Delivery, and its team of 85 employees, the implementation of this chatbot is a solution that improves response times, facilitates access to information, and modernizes the company's internal processes. This chatbot, created after research and data analysis, is a valuable contribution for the company to use these solutions as an example of practicality in other areas.
