In the company that develops technology and innovation in artificial intelligence ITC SOLUCIONES Y SERVICIOS S.A.S located in the Rincón del Chico neighborhood, the prototype was designed of the robot called EMMA. Given the situation of the year 2020 in the country and in the world due to the covid-19, the idea of providing efficient and interpersonal medical assistance is created, so that it allows have a close approach with patients, whether or not they are infected, as it is highly risky for those who attend the patient, as indicated by the WHO. Taking into account the new conditions in terms of health, patients require symptomatic control and registration without risk of contagion for those who care for them, for this EMMA requires adjustments, where it is sought gain greater effectiveness and efficiency. Therefore, the skills implemented and required improvements are: going to a previously assigned location or place, recording the symptoms of the patient, communicate with users through a screen simulating a digital human, collect information and deliver it to health specialists so that, Finally, the health body evaluated and acted. On the other hand, EMMA is a robot that loves position themselves in the market given the skills that were programmed, they are avant-garde and It makes it easier for medical centers to guarantee the care of the patient or user of the health service. By Therefore, the support that will be given to the company is to improve EMMA so that it can be launched on the market with a budget of 3,200,000, with a work of 45 hours per week and in total it will be 11 weeks.
