Resumen
The research is mainly in four major stages: the first proposes a methodology to identify, assess and prioritize risk factors influencing the occurrence of events especially in the field of safety and health at work for activities high risk. The second stage provides for a characterization of the activities of working at heights, especially for those in the public sector vertical construction in the city of Bogotá D.C. The third step was the formulation of a management model for the control of the variables involved in the accident rate for work at heights, based on the elements discussed and proposed in stages one and two, in addition to the integration of the proposal model management system security for high-risk jobs based on existing models in the domestic and international labor field, the analysis of causality and security concept based on behavior, model management model was established for the Control of the variables involved in the accident rate for work in Alturas. The fourth stage consisted in conducting a validation of Legal type, based on the consultation of national and international legal standards of health and safety at work
