dc.description	El presente trabajo es la sistematización de la experiencia de formación en artes comunitarias Escuela Popular Patas Arriba (EPPA), en el barrio Potosí, Ciudad Bolívar; a partir de este ejercicio, se identifican formas propias que la organización comunitaria Casa Cultural Potosí ha consolidado para la enseñanza del arte desde la educación popular. Con esto, se reconocen las estéticas propias que se han configurado en la resistencia comunitaria del territorio. con base en los procesos de creación artística. Es así que, en la experiencia estética de la comunidad, se hallan un conjunto de símbolos, imágenes y búsquedas que configuran un lugar de enunciación propio que propone formas de movilizar el lugar subalterno en el que ha sido situada la comunidad por los cánones estética y el arte hegemónico.
dc.description.abstract	This work is the systematization of the community arts training experience Escuela Popular Patas Arriba (EPPA), in the Potosí neighborhood, Ciudad Bolívar; from this exercise, we identify the own forms that the community organization Casa Cultural Potosí has consolidated for the teaching of art from popular education. With this, the own aesthetics that have been configured in the community resistance of the territory are recognized, based on the processes of artistic creation. Thus, in the aesthetic experience of the community, there is a set of symbols, images and searches that configure a place of enunciation that proposes ways to mobilize the subaltern place in which the community has been placed by the aesthetic canons and hegemonic art.
