Resumen
Track maintenance is essential for improving mobility and transportation. For this reason it must be carried out in such a way that it complies with the established guidelines for its correct execution. One of the objectives of this maintenance is to avoid serious damage such as damage to the roadway layer, since damage of this kind can sometimes become irreversible, forcing repairs and reconstructions that exceed the initial costs of a Pre-programmed maintenance. One of the most effective mechanisms to avoid this type of fault in the proper maintenance of the roads, is the inspection of the complementary works; Since through this type of processes can be reviewed and properly diagnosed in the established time each of the activities to be performed. Currently, road concessions or consulting firms are in charge of leading this type of processes. After evaluating each one of the flaws currently present in the mentioned processes, we can establish that an agile, reliable and constant feedback tool is required for budget calculations, a database of complementary works, systematized and easy to consult , Allowing them to monitor the individual status of each complementary work, together with the analysis of the data obtained, through a statistical analysis as support.
