Resumen
The present work proposes a review of three psychological models (humanistic, cognitive and psychodynamic) used in intervention plans that are determinant in psychological well-being that contribute to human development. This previous information allows us to recognize the contributions of each perspective due to the nature of each model compared to human understanding and the need to integrate or identify elements. Thus, a qualitative documentary research was proposed based on a literature review of each model presented in tables and base graphs for comparative analysis. Within the findings it is recognized that there are complementary understandings of the human development for the individual in each model. Together they aim to find psychological well-being and affirm with other elements that are explained in each theory mainly from self-realization (humanist model), social relationship (cognitive model) and conflict management (psychodynamic). In conclusion, there are valuable elements in the models that contribute to
an integrated scheme of application in the intervention plans from the accompany and guidance for self- knowledge where the consultant achieves human development.
