dc.description	el objetivo de está investigación fue identificar las principales problemáticas de la pymes enfocadas en el área funcional de investigación y desarrollo para construir la base de conocimiento de un sistema experto para diagnóstico de Pymes en Colombia.El Diagnóstico Empresarial constituye una herramienta sencilla y de gran utilidad a fin de conocer la situación actual de una organización y los problemas que impiden su crecimiento, sobrevivencia o desarrollo; gracias a este es posible detectar las causas principales de los problemas "raíces", para así poder enfocar los esfuerzos futuros a buscar las medidas más efectivas, evitar el desperdicio de energías y adecuar sus estructuras coadyuvando a una gestión más acorde a las posibilidades de las pymes.	spa
