Resumen
The work we have done with the title ¡Teacher i do know! Early childhood, boys and girls from Usme rural are recognized as individuals of knowledge, it is located in the field of rural early childhood and with the approach of recognizing them as subjects of knowledge from a decolonial derspective. The starting point of our research is to demonstrate or recognize that early childhood not only has the right to express oneself freely, put they are also subjects who know very well what they are talking about, who have appropriation of what they live daily, converting all this information into knowledge, that identify them, they represent them, and likewise they have the conditions to teach everything they know of others with much appropriation, and with this we intend to demonstrate: 1.that effectively the children of early childhood, they are not a population that should only be cared for to ensure their survival, you can also learn from them. 2.That the boys and girls felt protagonists of their formative process, where they reflected the joy of participating, where fear did not limit their feelings and the listening was made posible. 3.That the teachers interact more with the group leaving aside that hegemonic relationship adult-child, and assuming a role as apprentices. 4.When building a relationship taking into account the needs of our students, a much more meaningful learning was generated and a bond of love to the construction of learning and respect.
