Propuesta para el diseño de un sistema de gestión de la calidad en los laboratorios de la escuela de cine y televisión de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia

Abstract

One of the most used tools for the development and growth of organizations has been quality management systems, given their ability to improve and face the changes that customers constantly demand, this has been implemented in various fields of industry and society (ISO, 2015), for this proposal we have two fields, one of them is cultural industrials, with an emphasis on cinema, and the other field is Education, especially higher education training. . The implementation of quality management systems in both fields is in our interest, which for this proposal will be represented by the laboratories of the Escuela de cine y televisión of Universidad Nacional de Colombia, it is of vital importance to link the processes of Quality management, with the much sought after quality in education, which higher education institutions seek every day (Hernández, 2013) and this can be achieved through the implementation of a quality management system, based on the NTC-ISO 9001 of 2015.
