Formulación de un Plan de Acción Ambiental para la Reducción de las Emisiones Atmosféricas Generadas en el Área de Influencia de la Empresa Ecopetrol S.A. (Orito-Putumayo)

Abstract

The current work has as its fundamental purpose is to formulate a Plan of Environmental Action to contribute to the reduction and control of atmospheric emissions in the area under study, to ensure monitoring and follow-up criteria pollutants and unconventional generated in the area influence of the Superintendent of Operations Putumayo. By having information related to the micrometeorology of the area under study and inventory of emission sources of each of the batteries belonging to the Superintendent of Operations Putumayo (SOP ) can be defined scale monitoring step followed a preliminary modeling based on the direction and speed of winds , in order to have an overview of the behavior of pollutants at the time of discharge will be performed. Additionally , in order to take a proactive scope to work, the perception of the Community 's area of influence will be analyzed in relation to the presence of respiratory diseases associated with activity of SPO. On the other hand , they will be prepared project profiles that could be implemented so that together with the control mechanism proposed to reduce air emissions in the area.
