Abstract

This document presents the internship development process carried out at Volver Diseño y Producción Ecológica S.A.S., a company dedicated to the manufacturing of products using recycled materials. The main objective of the internship was to support the process of renewing the Green Business certification granted by the District Department of Environment. To achieve this, a review was conducted to verify compliance with the criteria required by the entity, along with the collection and systematization of technical, environmental, social, and legal information related to the organization. Among the activities carried out, the preparation of supporting documents, the strengthening of the corporate social responsibility program, and the proposal of indicators for monitoring environmental performance stand out. As a result, the documentation required for the renewal process was reinforced, and continuous improvement actions were proposed. This experience allowed for the application of knowledge acquired during academic training and highlighted the importance of technical support in environmental validation processes within sustainable-oriented companies.
