Prototipo de aplicativo web para la visualización espacial y registro de información de los ciudadanos habitantes de calle abordados por la Secretaría Distrital de Integración Social en la ciudad de Bogotá

Abstract

Information technologies applied in different fields of knowledge are consolidated as a fundamental tool for the collection, storage and processing of data demanded by the contemporary world. The transformation of data into information and, in turn, into knowledge requires that processes be at the forefront of different needs. On the other hand, social phenomena in many cases are difficult to identify and even more to monitor, the complexity of social problems is a constant challenge for the entities in charge of dealing with it, a clear example of this is the phenomenon of habitability in the street in a context of wide diversity and complexity as the city of Bogotá. The distribution of the inhabitants of the street is very dynamic and responds to various variables, from this problematic one looks for to generate a web application that improves the processes and allows to realize geographic options visualized in a map.
