Resumen
In schools and colleges in Bogota and more precisely in the area of Ciudad Bolivar, there is an atmosphere of discord in which children are the protagonists. It is our duty to awaken in them the sense of critical response to these situations improving communication processes and is why it is carried out with sixth grade students of School Villamar a research with which they identify those pedagogical processes that are enriched significantly when students are encouraged to use the TICs as a key element in resolving school conflicts. Communication, conflict and mediation, digital literacy and the impact of ICT on students: four main areas from which both the theoretical framework and the application of instruments is based are discussed. The approach used was mixed with a type of comprehensive study, which allowed to find such significant aspects as: listening to the other, the importance of conflict as a means of learning, propose solutions through mediation training political subjects, the benefits of the network but also its dangers and the role of our teachers, we urgently need to understand the richness that media offer us alternatives to improve processes in resolving school conflicts, learn to use and scope can have on teaching our students well. Finally, the idea of developing a website that allows children of Villamar propose solutions to resolve conflicts through media tools such as videos, music, photos, comments, important dates, elements that arouse students' interest and encourage them to participate in mediation meetings before the difficulties that arise in the classroom in the most respectful way possible. The analysis of these processes allows a strategy and working path that is collected from the results of this research.
