Tipificación y análisis de precios unitarios para glampings en el departamento de Cundinamarca

Abstract

Cundinamarca is an ideal tourist destination for ecotourism due to its great diversity of environmental resources, cultural and heritage wealth, and its proximity to the city of Bogotá, which attracts a large number of national and foreign tourists. This work aims to standardize or homogenize the accommodation units known as "Glamping" in Cundinamarca according to their physical characteristics, and to calculate the unit construction and operating prices to provide a guide to appraisers on the behavior of the values of these housing units. Additionally, it can be mentioned that the term "Glamping" is a combination of the words "glamour" and "camping," and refers to a form of luxury camping that offers accommodation in tents or similar structures with amenities such as beds, private bathrooms, electricity, and heating. In conclusion, this work seeks to provide valuable information for property appraisers in Cundinamarca about the value of "Glamping" accommodation units based on their physical characteristics and construction and operating costs, which can help promote and develop ecotourism in the region.
