Resumen
The voice is in the body, it cannot be isolated from this, our body is constantly changing, so we do not always feel the same voice. Singing consciously implies a series of processes and the search for tools that allow a free and resonant voice, processes such as finding a correct posture, understanding and using the breath "down" and singing with good support, are intimately linked to the exploration and knowledge of the body internally and externally. This report reports the positive results of teaching and learning singing with the use of tools that propose body exploration as the basis for integrating the technical and interpretative aspects of singing and that in turn help to develop critical attitudes in the search for a vocal identity. Although we are all heading towards the same goal, this is a shorter and more pleasant path. Not knowing the potential that our whole body offers, is not knowing our instrument, so it is necessary to implement the tools proposed here or that have this same approach in the pedagogical processes of singing.
