Our general interest was to develop an investigation on the cultural diversity in our country from legal documents, since there is very interesting the summit that this concept has taken from beginnings of the decade of the 90, and especially with the promulgation of the great letter of 1991. Not knowing, maybe, that the diversity in this part of the world already was appearing from the same appearance of our aboriginal cultures and the different relations between these themselves, spending for the arrival of the Spanish with so called " discovery of America " and the whole process of exploration and occupation on the part of them; the hunt, kidnapping, slavery and disembarkation of native of the African continent in American territory.

Nuestro interés general fue desarrollar una investigación sobre la diversidad cultural en nuestro país desde documentos legales, ya que es muy interesante el auge que este concepto ha tomado desde inicios de la década de los 90, y en particular con la promulgación de la carta magna de 1991. Desconociendo, tal vez, que la diversidad en esta parte del mundo ya se presentaba desde la misma aparición de nuestras culturas aborígenes y las distintas relaciones entre éstas mismas, pasando por la llegada de los españoles con el llamado “descubrimiento de América” y todo el proceso de exploración y ocupación por parte de ellos; la caza, secuestro, esclavitud y desembarco de nativos del continente africano en territorio americano.
