Informe final de pasantía “Apoyo en las fases de acciones previas, alistamiento y fase de la formulación del Plan de Ordenamiento del Recurso Hídrico – PORH, en la subzona hidrográfica del Río Bogotá, Río Alto y Río Medio – Bajo Suárez”

Abstract

This internship report presents support for the phases of previous actions, institutional enlistment, and diagnosis for the Water Resource Management Plans Formulation of the Bogota River, Upper, Middle and Lower Suarez River by the Autonomous Regional Corporation of Cundinamarca – in Spanish CAR and within its jurisdiction. The Upper Suarez River is currently being updated and the Middle and Lower Suarez Rivers have not yet been declared in order, so the activities carried out focus on documenting the institutional enlistment phase and previous actions from the Corporation; on the other hand, by Resolution DGEN No. 20207101149 of December 30, 2020, the 17 hydrographic units of Level I of the Bogota River are declared in order, reason for which, the activities are framed in technical terms related to the accompaniment of the supervision of the different components in the execution of Contract 1516 of 2021 for the formulation of the PORH. The internship is based on the guidelines of the Guidelines for the Management of Continental Surface Water Resources (2018) created for the competent Environmental Authorities to carry out and supervise the water resource management; therefore, the result and analysis of each of the activities carried out during the internship is presented, with their respective conclusions and recommendations generated as a student of Sanitary Engineering.
