Modelo de negocio para el diseño de iluminación LED para empresas o personas naturales en Bogotá

Abstract

With the following proposal we want to implement a business model to create a company based on the design of electric lighting using LED panels for medium and large companies in the city of Bogotá. This is because Colombia is a developing country like others in Latin America, the main cities in these countries tend to have an exponential growth curve in multiple senses; Focusing on the city of Bogotá, in recent years it has had a high growth in urbanization and infrastructure causing an increase in the demand for materials, labor, construction designs among others. Despite the fact that the regulations are clear and consistent, in Colombia what is established in them is not fully complied with, in the construction and installation of electrical networks, and in the few cases that it is complied with, it is not done perfectly because they are no longer in use. as a priority the quality of the products and facilities. This is where the need to provide a quality service and professionalism is found. Satisfying the need for complete lighting with clear and precise designs where both the standards and customer satisfaction are met, guaranteeing the efficiency of the equipment and supplies to be used, in the course of the document each of the respective solutions will be considered the problems mentioned above.
