Evaluación ergonómica de puesto de trabajo para conductores de bus tipo Hino en la Empresa Especiales Condor “ESCONDOR S.A.”

Abstract

The companies according to their economic activity define a variety of jobs taking into account the tasks performed in them; It is for this reason that the need to design and adapt jobs is created that allows its personnel to develop the activities for which they were hired. The proper design of the job must consider human, technological and economic factors that guarantee workers appropriate conditions in terms of their health and safety in the place where they perform the work, and thus avoid cases of absenteeism or morbidity associated with the exposure to occupational risks. In this document, we describe and analyze the job position of bus driver type Hino of the company TRANSPORTES ESPECIALES CONDOR "ESCONDOR SA", which is dedicated to the special collective transport of passengers in school, business and tourism types at the national level.
