Rediseño y puesta a punto de una máquina enrolladora de cinta de papel de la empresa Arte didáctica

Abstract

Mainly, this project seeks to redesign the serpentine paper tape winding machine that belongs to the company ARTE DIDÁCTICA, which was presented as a degree proposal in the technology modality; this new design seeks to improve performance and increase the production already established by the machine. In order to improve performance and increase production, a distribution system is implemented that allow better performance by supplying the winding systemand a controller that allows establishing the quantity and size desired by the client. In addityion, a feasibility study of the machine will be developed. In order to analyze its behavior in production in comparison with the previous desingn, and finally the set-up will be carried out to verify its operation and effectiveness.
