Resumen
To implement action oriented to management of the water resources, it is necessary determinate the current status of supply and the availability of the resource. That is the reason why the present work had as objective to study the water balance under long-term assumptions, in the micro-watershed supplier of the community aqueduct of Ibagué city; that is the way how an approximation of water supply of this micro watershed was obtained. The hydrologic study was made with the help of the SIG ArcGIS 10 tool, with which the behavior and spatial distribution of the climatic variables of precipitation, temperature and evapotranspiration was analyzed in a period of twenty-one years (1992-2012). These climatic variables was built as entrance parameters to apply the long-term water balance equation to estimate the hydric supply for 19 micro watershed suppliers and also to estimated the offer in the moment to close the micro watershed in the catchment point of 31 of community aqueducts in Ibagué. The estimation of the water supply led to establish the spatial distribution of the water performance for each one of the micro watershed suppliers of the community aqueduct. Using the SIG tool, 3.087,9 hectares with hydric performance higher than the average were identified. Management action are intended to prioritized in these hectares.
