This final degree Master, it will be held in the Area Recaudo of the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Fincomercio LTDA In this framework, this research descriptive. - Explanatory consist of the application of the methodology Lean Service for improving the process of collection of the Cooperative. During an analysis Recaudo the area was detected that this is highly inefficient and at the same time has a high level of waste, why it was decided to implement Lean Service methodology for process improvement. It has determined a conceptual framework which presents the ideology of service read through the description of the general model and tools that compose it. As a mapping process which we reveal which are the most frequent errors that are generated in the area of collection and which generates the largest amount of waste is carried out.
