Resumen
This document seeks to provide the basic tools necessary for the development of a SCADA system focused on MSME companies so that it can be implemented in that industrial environment. For this purpose, guides are made available, complemented by educational videos, made with the aim of providing the knowledge necessary to create a graphical interface of any process. For the development of the SCADA, the Ignition software from Inductive Automation was used as a technological tool for the visualization of processes and for the connection of the device to which it is required to connect. To establish the connection with the devices, two forms of connection with the OPC protocols were explained. and MODBUS TCP using CODESYS software as a virtual PLC and FACTORY I/O software was also used to implement a virtual process prototype. Additionally, information was taken from a real plant such as the MPS-PA® (Modular Production System - Process Automation) in order to design a graphic interface as close as possible to the industrial environment, since the MPS-PA® is a modular system. complete teaching system for the automation of continuous processes that the Festo Didactic line has, these systems are appropriate for exploring various levels of professional activities and thanks to these practices it is possible to transfer this knowledge to the industrial environment.
