Abstract

This is the final report of the internship done in the sports administration curricular project in the coordination staff, as administrative support in the statistical area of the program focused on its graduates and their professional projection, as well as the collection and analysis of data as requested by the coordinator of the Sports Administration career, Jhon Edisson Alvarado. With the objective of obtaining the high quality accreditation, the coordinator Jhon Edisson Alvarado created the staff group with the idea of improving the administrative processes of the career, to be more effective and efficient in the different processes that the career manages, therefore, it is essential to collect and analyze data to improve administrative processes and provide better responses to requests and concerns of students, as well as, these analyses allow to have results that help to make decisions based on what is obtained. By means of Excel and Python, where the information was organized and analyzed, very good results were obtained related to the behavior of the students in the request of subjects at the beginning of the semester, likewise it was possible to analyze the different existing careers of journalism and sports communication, administration, We also analyzed the different existing careers in sports journalism and communication, administration, management and sports in undergraduate and graduate programs at the national and international level so that with the possible arrival of the double degree that will be offered at the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas, strategic alliances can be made (internal and external to the university) and also to analyze the different study plans of the careers offered to improve the career and promote more graduate careers focused on sports administration within the university. Finally, the database of graduates was created and remains as a basis to continue nurturing and continuously analyzing the professional growth of the graduates of the curricular project of Sports Administration, taking into account that these are one of the most important items at the time of granting the high quality accreditation, one of the main objectives that Sports Administration has at this moment.
