Resumen
The image contains a news item with a statement from the Ministry of Finance publishing the deeds corresponding to the auction of the right to disgorgement that took place in 1871 in Bogotá, complying with article 1607 of the State Tax Code. Mr. Antonio González O, State Attorney, appeared before the second Notary of the circuit and witnesses in October 1870. Receipts appear that validate the collection of taxes by Pedro Ramírez, Víctor de la Torre and other inhabitants of the district. An auction of the disgorgement tax was announced in the State, and bidders were invited to present their proposals to the Ministry of Finance, with certain conditions and safeguards to be met. After receiving proposals from various bidders, the auction was awarded to Tiburcio Ramírez as it was considered the most advantageous proposal for the State. The writing of the deed and the presentation of the respective securities by Ramírez proceeded. All these awards were approved and the corresponding documents were presented. The proposals and bids with the amounts were read in the presence of the Secretary of the Treasury and a period of three days was granted after the award to formalize the security of the contract. Ramírez complied with this requirement by presenting the required bond and personal documents. News published in Diario de Cundinamarca in January 1871
