El conflicto escolar: La importancia del aprendizaje cooperativo y los textos narrativos en la mediación

Abstract

Within the framework of the curricular project Bachelor in Child Pedagogy within the framework of deepening nature, memory and power, this project is presented that was developed in the IED the Rodeo located in the city of Bogotá in the town of San Cristóbal, in the 2-year time frame (2015-2017), aimed at strengthening the mediation of conflicts that exist, taking into account the different conflicts that have been constituted within the educational space grade degree third and primary of the day tomorrow, the way as boys and girls are resolved conflicts in the classroom is from physical, verbal aggressions , gestural and psychological; this is why there is a need for children to generate new forms and possibilities, the differences and disagreements that arise during the interaction with others in the daily life of the classroom, seeing conflict as a way of learning and necessary in human relationships. This is why it is important to implement cooperative learning that allows participation processes and communication among students in conflict resolution, which does not affect the welfare of any. The intention is to propose other alternatives for the expression of conflicts such as written narratives to provide the opportunity to participate and be heard, generating other relationships and conflicts that bring about a change and agreements between the parties.
