Análisis de la problemática de vertimientos producidos por industrias de curtiembres de pieles en el barrio San Benito y su impacto al río Tunjuelo

Abstract

This monograph describes the historical evolution of the San Benito sector, associating it with the leather tanning process developed particularly in the sector, after which a diagnosis is made of the problem of shedding in the tanneries located in the San Benito neighborhood, making an analysis of quality data to the lifting station and two stations of the water quality network of Bogotá, the management carried out from different entities is associated, associating it with the variation of quality parameters and evaluated treatment systems proposed to eliminate the polluting loads generated , it is found that there is variation in the historical data in the TU-TV86 station of the parameters of total sulfides and total chromium which are pollutants generated in the tanneries, there are also important delays in the implementation of the Eco-sustainable Industrial Park of San Benito which arises as solution and obligation d e the different actors of the problem to improve the Tunjuelo river quality.
