Abstract

Comparative analysis of tariffs in the municipalities of Mosquera , Funza and Madrid Cundinamarca, they buy water in bulk to the company aqueduct sewer Bogotá EAAB , considering it is a monopoly in water catchment and treatment this and has called feasibility sell bulk water to several municipalities of the savannah of Bogota.However, the continued provision of water service is dependent on the economy of these municipalities to help guarantee its expansion and growing to meet the security demand was reached to; through this research the advantages and disadvantages of the municipalities that made buying water in bulk will be recognized, specifying the variables that determine the rate of water and the incidence of buying "bulk water" in late fees billed to users.
