Resumen
As a solution to the economic, social and environmental crisis facing the world today, a concept of sustainable living philosophy, known as permaculture, was born. Although it is a term that was born around the time of the 80's, it is not well known by society, and even less is known about its relevance in the care and improvement of the environment (Holmgren, 2002). Permaculture is an integral design system that proposes to harmonise the human being and ecology, it is necessary to raise awareness and involve communities in this discipline that can have a great impact in the long term, emphasising an environmental cultural renewal (Gallaga, 2019). According to Martinez, it explores how permaculture can serve as a powerful tool for local development, fusing ancestral knowledge with modern practices to achieve innovative and creative solutions. By integrating universal ethical principles and a structured organisational framework, permaculture offers a practical and functional approach to designing sustainable environments. In an era where the quest for authenticity and self-sufficiency is gaining prominence, permaculture emerges as an avenue for personal and community growth, fostering a collective consciousness that drives both social change and cultural revolution (2016). Permaculture seeks to transform our culture of consumption into one of self-sufficiency and sustainable production, promoting a dynamic balance between human needs and ecological limits. Through conscious strategies, resilient and adaptive human environments are designed, inspired by nature. This project aims to support education to rebuild harmonious relationships between humans and nature, focusing on integrated water and nutrient management in environments that ensure environmental and human health (Sánchez, 2013). Therefore, the development of this internship is carried out with the aim of contributing professionally to the Bacatá Cultural Corporation, which is committed to the contributions to the vulnerable communities of Ciudad Bolivar, from the social projects they lead to generate spaces for environmental education.
