Abstract

This monograph presents an engineering study whose main objective is to propose improvements in the manufacturing process of tanks for radiators in a manufacturing company, with more than 50 years of experience in the market. Through data collection and close monitoring of the processes carried out in the company, it will be analyzed in which phases of the process it is necessary to make changes that promote the optimization of procedures and thus the company has better rates of productivity and quality in its products, in the same way it will be sought that the company has its own technical document based on the experience acquired empirically by those who are in charge of the company and that is a technical basis that supports with solid arguments the opportunities for improvement more viable for the company.
