Diseño del Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de la Empresa L.S Construcciones S.A.S, Año 2016

Abstract

This work was made with the final proposal to contribute to the consolidation management system safety and health in the job of L.S CONSTRUCCIONES, masonry and plastering’s Contractor Company to reduce the risks all workers are exposed to, considering that since 2009, the year when the company was consolidated they were working without a basis for safety and health at the job. In the elaboration of SG-SST three phases were proposed, these are: the primary information collection, initial diagnosis, dangers’ identification and risk’ evaluation. To reduce the risk of danger, four programs were accomplished (biomechanical, mechanical, use of tools and capacitation) where we stimulate, promote and train to do tasks correctly, with the final propose that all the workers act in a correct way when there is an emergency situation, and when there is another concern or eventuality and follow the hierarchical order that is established, the contingency plan was designed, and the health and security parity committee in the job respectively.
