Factores de éxito éticos y ambientales para la administración de los impactos producidos por el uso de pesticidas en el Sector Agrícola de la Vereda Chorrillos de la Localidad de Suba, en la Zona Rural de Bogotá D.C.

Abstract

In Colombia, as far as agriculture is concerned, the farmers have used chemical-origin pesticides that have resulted in damage to the ground and health of the soils and people, this had produced effects and troubles because of the use of the products, considering most of the farmers does not know about those risks but the producer companies do. Considering that, the success factors formulated in this document look through investigation the suitable administration of the impacts because the use of pesticides. By a social – environment diagnostic elaboration inside the lane supported by soil studies in some places of the lane and interviews in a sample of the farmers, furthermore, the identity of the ethics aspects by the use of pesticides and the wording of the strategies for the Environmental Administration of the impacts related were identified the success factors. Between the results of this investigation, it’s possible to find that, the ethical judgments associated are relate with the principles of conservation, precaution, development, responsibility, justice, universalization, autonomy, individualization and the point of view of comprehensive welfare. Also, among the strategies of administration there is the Balance Scorecard adapted to Environment Management, that is consist by a strategy, strategic objectives and indicators in search of appropriate administration of the impacts. Those success factors are proposed from an ethical and environmental point of view, so that, the business, the farmers and local governments could adopt individual or together the factors here described.
