Resumen
The proposal for this academic work arises from the need to attend to the complex view of aggressions and interpersonal conflicts that occur daily in the school environment, particularly with students in cycle three in two public schools in Bogotá. Initially, it aims to promote approaches that reclaim the emotional dimension in students through the development of socio-affective and ethical skills, hoping not only for the provention of conflicts, but also to improve intra and interpersonal relationships and the construction of fraternal and affective learning helping to build peace. The methodological approach adopted is that of qualitative research from the Participatory Reflection Action (RAP) method through the use of the pedagogical workshop and the semi-structured interview. The results of the advanced deepening process show the relevance of incorporating the development of socio-affective skills in school integrally with the skills of the cognitive intellectual dimension. In conclusion, we consider that from the permanent and systematic implementation of the proposal, it will be possible to redound in the transformation of the school and the society, making them more human, thus contributing to make the human development agendas that advocate for the development of potential of human beings in conditions of equality and freedom, rather than educating for the market.
