La gestión del conocimiento como estrategia de fortalecimiento al documento política nacional de educación ambiental

Abstract

This research has the purpose to analyze the document National Environmental Education Policy (NEEP) as part of the strategy of knowledge management (KM) proposed by Nonaka & Takeuchi (1995), it arises from the need to contribute from research finding knowledge management strategies that help create construction and transfer of knowledge from environmental education, where understanding of knowledge, build a culture of life, and where research as a process of knowledge production, develop in individuals and groups from the ontological and epistemological approach, skills, knowledge and argumentative, discursive and reflective necessary for the transformation of reality, mediated by readings from real contexts and an understanding of the complex nature of the problems associated with the environment; which results in the transformation of culture and improve the relationship between individuals and groups with the natural environment.
