Resumen
With the entry into force of decree 1278, relevant changes are introduced in the access, dynamics and follow-up of teachers in Colombia, impacting working conditions and modifying the perceptions of teachers in relation to political, social, economic, observing great changes that, in the midst of tensions, struggles and projects, result in a subject in permanent questioning, reflection and construction. Thus, the project yields enough material to determine the importance of the subjectivisms that persist in the imposition of decree 1278 and other educational regulations, managing to establish new roles in the teaching task compared to the different stages in which the teaching act is developed in the various scenarios of public life, addressing relevant aspects in politics, in the social framework and the re-signification as educators.
