Resumen
At present we are in the era of technology and communication, since they are a fundamental axis in society, to keep us informed and updated of everything that happens worldwide, making the interaction between people and institutions easier. Therefore, the curricular project of environmental administration finds the need to expand and improve communication among members of the academic community both internally and externally, to ensure the existence and effectiveness of a web page that allows the academic community to be kept informed, to guarantee the connectivity among students, professors and administrative staff and make systems of consultation, registration and academic files. In this context, the preparation of this study for the complementation of the professional and occupational profile of the environmental administrator is pertinent since it provides different tools for the strengthening of the own competences of this one; It also supports the process of accreditation of high quality that in turn forges the structure of the environmental management program and also increases the credibility in the process of training the integral skills of the administrator. This in order to help the improvement plan 2016 - 2019 with the flow of information and contribute to the process of accreditation of high quality that advances the environmental administration program of the Francisco José District University of Caldas, through the application of different methodological tools and their documentation.
