Resumen
The Autoridad Nacional de Licencias Ambientales -ANLA- is in charge of ensuring that projects, works or activities subject to licensing, permits or environmental procedures comply with the regulations, in such a way that they contribute to the sustainable development of the country; for this, it designed a geographic storage model –MAG– in 2010, which consolidates the relevant information from the Estudios de Impacto Ambiental –EIA–, Diagnóstico Ambiental de Alternativas –DAA–, Planes de Manejo Ambiental –PMA– and Informes de Cumplimiento Ambiental -ICA-, and which has changed over the years to its current version under resolution 2182 of 2016, which contemplates all the factors of comprehensiveness, uniformity, efficiency and effectiveness that allow validating the licensing or permit to be approved. by the authority.
The proposed storage model involves hard work for a select group of professionals, since it includes the characterization of the biotic, abiotic and socioeconomic media for the areas of influence of the projects subject to licensing, so that in order to complete the geographic storage model –MAG– consistently, the work of professionals in the field and office must be merged and complemented. This is where some consultants present deficiencies and inconsistencies that end up in the return of environmental studies, either due to incompleteness of mandatory fields or components, relationships between layers and unfinished tables, or simply because they do not respect the structure of the storage model.
Taking these factors into account, the software for filling out point-type information collected in the field under resolution 2182 of 2016 called PT Form is made. By using this software, professionals will be able to take photographic records of works of art, exploratory wells, production wells, towers, hydraulic works and specific roads and fill out the related mandatory fields established in the ANLA geographic data dictionary.
