Resumen
The slopes are subject to processes of instability known as landslides or gravitational processes and can be caused by the interaction of natural phenomena that allow the relief and landscape evolution, and anthropic activities and the various ground uses; factors that, sometimes, generate imbalances in the slopes. Landslides are one of the most frequent causes of disasters in Colombia; therefore, the definition of adequate measures for the prevention of negative effects and the reduction of losses caused by these phenomena requires knowledge of the characteristics of these movements, establishing in advance the areas where they could occur and identifying the spatial distribution of the threat in a given region. The methodology AHP (Analysis of Hierarchical Processes) was applied using a heuristic approach and multicriteria analysis to generate the maps of susceptibility and relative threat by landslides in the municipality of Villeta, Cundinamarca at a scale of 1: 25000, using qualitative variables and quantitative information and the methodology of the CGS. The idea is to identify the appropriate criteria and the trigger events for the evaluation to generate the cartography and the expected results and their validation through the SIMMA landslide inventory.
